When they came to discuss the work, Ciprian was extremely patient and detailed in his thoughts on our best option for boilers. He gave us all the time we needed without rushing us - even before he had the business. The work involved the installation of a new boiler, installing new radiators, and moving old radiators for us. We had foolishly had the wooden floors done before the radiator work but Ciprian and his team were extraordinarily careful; they lifted and cut floorboards with impeccable diligence and care. Moreover, they worked alongside other people who were doing work in the house and their courtesy and diplomacy made a big difference. We couldn't recommend them more highly and we will source our future plumbing needs from them, no question

Recently got in touch with Zone Heating and Plumbing to install a new boiler. Appointment was made with urgency and installation was completed straight away. Typically, we had a number of other issues with leaking pipes and a faulty shower. Jobs were prioritised straight away and carried out with no fuss. I've attempted to have the shower repaired a number of times by other plumbers with no success - Cyprian and Mike had this working with a new part in no time at all.

He fixed a potentially dangerous gas leak left behind by another plumber's shoddy work and came back to do a full test of my heating system. Zone Heating &Plumbing Ltd turned a bad plumbing experience around quickly and provided me with a great service and fixed a broken water pipe in my home at 10:30pm! They showed up with all needed tools and materials to fix my broken water pipe and had it fixed in less than an hour.Ciprian was so kind and he cleaned up after.
