Zone Heating & Plumbing Ltd aims to make things easy for our customers, from all our offering services to the option they can choose to make a payment.

We provide the following forms of payments:

  • Cash – small cash payments for our service offered can be made directly to our engineer
  • Bank Transfer – all major credit cards can be accepted by making a direct payment
  • Cards payments - our engineer carry card payment machine allowing you to instantly pay for your services with any major Credit or Debit cards. A standard charge of 1.95% will be added to the total from credit card payments.
  • Phone payments – for an easy and convenient way, we can process payment transactions over the phone. All Credit/Debit cards are accepted to our virtual terminal by processing the payment. No fees are applied.

  • Recently got in touch with Zone Heating and Plumbing to install a new boiler. Appointment was made with urgency and installation was completed straight away. Typically, we had a number of other issues with leaking pipes and a faulty shower. Jobs were prioritised straight away and carried out with no fuss. I've attempted to have the shower repaired a number of times by other plumbers with no success - Cyprian and Mike had this working with a new part in no time at all.
